Every certified business has a current certificate of insurance on file with ShipShape Pros, and coverage is rechecked every 12 months. If a policy lapses, the certification lapses with it.
What this mark means. A business carrying the TrueRank Certified seal has met a published, verifiable standard: insurance checked every year, reviews drawn only from real booked jobs, and a rank that reflects performance, never payment. The full standard is printed below, and the registry of every certified business sits under it.
Every business in the registry meets all four, continuously. A business that stops meeting any one of them loses the mark.

Certified pros agree to the removal & dispute process. Certification is revocable, and a documented failure to meet the standard ends it.
